A city and its inhabitants that used to be seemingly impervious to any thought of recessionary news must be ill at ease with the dire forecasts from Deutsche Bank. While other cities are slowly recovering, it seems as though the New York City area is only beginning the downward trend in home prices. It’s well recorded that commercial real estate is suffering from a lack of clientele so it seems as though residential real estate will follow a similar path.
